My mission is to inspire people to be in love with the life they lead.
You are probably living your mission, at some level. What if you could increase your awareness so that you can live your mission to its fullest extent rather than part-way? Your job may be part of your mission, to mission is always much larger than your job.
What excites you most about the world? What are you most upset about in the world. If you could teach three things to other people, what would it be? How can you use what excites you and what angers your to the best advantage List at least 10 ways.
What do you stand for? What principles, causes, values or purpose are you willing to defend to the death and devote your life to? What is your core value?
Who are you here to help? Every mission implies that you are being of service to someone. This specific for whom will help you keep your focus.
Do you know the mission statement of your company? If your mission statement does not match the mission statement of your company, be prepared for countless hours of complaining, sleepless nights, and a sense that you are wasting your time. When your mission statement matches that of your employer, you are much more likely to be happy, satisfied, and feel fulfilled. How can you align to your company's mission statement, and thereby love your job.
My vision is to have a world where everyone is inspired and feels fulfilled and of service in their career, with their families, and in all relationships.
A vision statement is a picture of how the world will look when you have achieved your mission. The vision statement is the force that will carry you through when your mission seems hard or impossible. Your vision statement is what will inspire other people to join you. "Where there is no vision, the people perish." Be bold and audacious. Dream large. The more inspiring your vision, the more compelling it will be for people to join you.
The key elements of a compelling vision statement are
My purpose is to teach people the freedom of taking personal responsibility and the power of integrity.
A purpose statement lets people know how you will go about accomplishing your mission. It should be exceedingly easy to understand. It may challenge other people, but it should inspire you. You will be able to align your daily activities to your purpose.

Values are simply what is important to people. Your values are your moral compass. Your values will keep you true to your path and true to yourself. Values are critical for fulfilling your vision in an ethical way. Values are vital for filling your team. Teams with shared values are incredibly powerful. Aligning on common values will create synergy and passion, provide the foundation for trust, and inspire people to give their very best.
Values are something that you live every day. You determine your values by asking the question, "What’s important to me in life." "How do I live my life?" "What will I fight for?"
What are your company's stated values? What are the values that management lives by every day? Is there congruency between these two? When there is incongruence in the company stated values and how people actually work, you are likely to be uncomfortable and not a very trusting. When there is incongruence between the company's values and your values, you are likely to feel out of place. How can you align your values and your company’s values?
What is the most important first step you will have to take to achieve your mission? Write it down clearly in a single sentence. Make sure that it has specific, measurable results so that you will know when you have achieved your goal. Put a time constraint on the goal-by when will you achieve this? Communicate this goal to others and enlist their resources. Make bold promises and make bold requests. Be bold and brazen about what you're out to accomplish. Remember, it is often better to ask for forgiveness than permission.
Get started now! Get an action now! What would you do if you already had permission to act? What would you do if you were 10 times bolder than you are now? What would you do if you were sure that you could not fail? And what if you had no fear of failure; you viewed failure as feedback rather than a judgment.
Objectives are the specific steps that you'll need to achieve in order to reach your goal. You could look at objectives as a series of steps or tasks, the successful completion of which will cause the goal to be achieved. A powerful way to list your objectives is from the point of view of already having accomplished them. For instance, "I called 10 people this morning in three of them said yes."
Make sure your to do list is aligned with your purpose and consistent with your values. When your to-do list starts to look like a burden, keep in mind the goal. When the goal starts to look like it will be impossible to meet, keep in mind your mission. And when the mission looks like too big of a challenge, remind yourself of your vision. Remember, you are playing a big game, and it may take several lifetimes to accomplish your vision.
